Our verdict on BeaconHS

BeaconHS is an open-source, multi-tenant health, safety and environment platform designed for industrial construction. It brings incident investigation, safety inspections, hazard assessments, corrective actions and training into one web-based system. The scope also extends to equipment, PPE, permits and configurable forms, giving organizations a broad foundation for managing field and compliance workflows. Its responsive web interface supports mobile access for field crews, while self-hosting gives organizations control over deployment.

The strongest reason to consider BeaconHS is its workflow depth. Inspections can be assigned and rolled into compliance views, hazard assessments can use configurable risk matrices, and corrective actions require verification before closure.
