Barventory combines liquor inventory management with bar-operations tools for bars, restaurants and multi-location operators. Its web dashboard and iOS and Android apps cover stock tracking, while optional scales add weighing and measurement for bottles and kegs. The feature set also includes shopping lists, staff scheduling, employee communication and shipment tracking. Bars focused on keg and scale tracking may find the hardware-supported approach a close fit; venues seeking only a straightforward inventory workflow may not need its wider operational scope.

The product's strongest distinction is measurement tied to inventory. Bar-top scales support scanning, weighing and tracking, while keg scales provide real-time inventory and pour measurement. RFID Smart Coaster Pro bottle weighing is also part of the offering. These tools are relevant where measured quantities matter to stock oversight, rather than only recording inventory through periodic counts. Barventory also lists POS integration and barcode-based bottle counting, alongside ordering and real-time shopping lists, giving managers ways to connect stock monitoring with replenishment tasks.

Pricing needs consideration if hardware is central to the purchase. Barventory has a free plan, and the Google Play app listing describes core inventory and dashboard functionality as free.
