BambooHR is a cloud-based HR platform for organizations managing employee information and HR processes in one system. It brings together employee records, custom reporting, onboarding checklists, time-off requests, time tracking, performance reviews, payroll and benefits administration add-ons, and mobile employee self-service. HR teams, managers and employees can work with workflows for approvals, documents, goals, feedback and other routine processes through web, iOS and Android apps.
The published plans show three paid tiers. Core costs $10 per employee per month and includes employee records, custom report building, workflows and approvals, time-off management and a time-off calendar. Pro costs $17 per employee per month and adds 360-degree review cycles, one-on-ones, performance reporting and an employee community. Elite costs $25 per employee per month and adds compensation planning, salary benchmarking, levels and bands, plus custom dashboards and analytics. Payroll and benefits administration are available as add-ons, and Time & Attendance is also an add-on.

Its integration set includes Slack, Microsoft, NetSuite, Indeed, TalentLMS, Deputy, Lattice, JazzHR, 15Five, Okta and Greenhouse, supporting connections across workplace, recruiting, learning and identity tools. Teams focused on employee records, onboarding, time off and mobile approvals can start with Core; organizations that need review cycles or compensation planning will need higher tiers. Buyers seeking a free HR system or bundled Time & Attendance should look elsewhere.
