Its tools include waypoint navigation, track recording, and options for custom maps or a custom tile server. This makes it a fit for Android users who want map flexibility for trips away from reliable mobile service, rather than a general-purpose maps app.
Map choice is a central part of the product. Supported options include topographic maps, marine charts, aerial photography, and overlays, with optional content such as BLM boundaries, game management units, lake contours, and trails. GPX and KML waypoints can be used for navigation, and users can record trip tracks and waypoints.
