Its EOR service is designed for businesses that want to employ workers without establishing local entities, with local contracts and onboarding alongside payroll, filings, benefits administration and HR support. AYP says it operates across 13 APAC markets, making it a focused option for teams hiring in that region rather than a broad-coverage choice for global expansion.

The two plans serve distinct needs. According to AYP's published pricing, Employer of Record costs $488 per employee per month, billed monthly; it covers hiring without a local entity, compliant contracts, local payroll, statutory declarations and tax filings, benefits and insurance administration, and compliance and HR advisory. The separate Payroll plan costs $28 per employee per month, billed monthly, and is for payroll across Asia Pacific, including local tax and statutory filings, multi-currency payments, reporting and payroll specialist support. AYP also notes that country-specific statutory costs, employer costs and possible refundable deposits may apply, so the headline EOR price is not necessarily the full employment cost.
