Axon Records is a cloud-based records management system for law enforcement agencies that want configurable reporting, case workflows, and links to digital evidence. Officers can use customizable forms and templates, while NIBRS-compliant fields and validation flag missing information. The product includes case management, bookings, permits, property management, and warrants modules. Its intended fit spans small, mid-market, and enterprise agencies; the strongest match is an agency prioritizing records and evidence workflows rather than dispatch in the same system.

Its workflow scope extends beyond report writing. Reports can be shared with officers, partner agencies, and prosecutors, and records search can surface linked people, vehicles, and incidents. Cases and reports can connect to digital evidence managed through Axon Evidence. Axon Records also integrates with external CAD systems to exchange information, as well as jail and bookings systems, Tableau, and Power BI.
