AwardsEngine is a web-based awards management platform from Thoughtbubble Ltd, a London-based vendor operating since 1997. It is designed for organizers running customizable award shows, with configurable entry forms, categories and show structures. The platform supports image, video, audio, document and URL submissions, stores media, and makes uploaded files web-ready. Its entry, payment, judging and winner management modules make it a fit for media-heavy programs ranging from dozens to hundreds of thousands of entries.
Pricing is organized around a paid Standard setup fee of $2,000 one time. That setup includes categories and entry forms, media uploads, hosting for the year, brand styling, Stripe payment setup and one round of standard online judging. The pricing notes also describe a percentage of entry fees and say that additional features can increase the price. Organizers should therefore assess the expected submission volume, payment model and judging requirements before selecting the configuration. There is no free plan.
AwardsEngine’s strongest area is entry administration. Organizers can collect payments and invoices through Stripe and other payment methods, offer promo codes and discounts, sort submissions by type, category, country and custom tags, contact entrants, and assist users. Vimeo and YouTube integrations complement its media handling, while the winner management module supports the final stage of an award show. Online judging uses a 1–10 voting scale, but the standard setup covers one judging round, and the workflow and judging capabilities are less extensive than those of broader alternatives. Choose AwardsEngine for established, media-led shows that need configurable submissions and winner handling; choose another platform if advanced judging workflows are the primary requirement.
