AUTOsist is fleet maintenance and management software for businesses overseeing vehicles, equipment, trailers, and other mobile assets. It brings preventive maintenance schedules, service records, work orders, inspections, fuel tracking, document reminders, fleet reports, and cost analysis into one system. The product is available through a web portal and mobile apps for iOS and Android, making it suitable for fleets that need broad operational coverage rather than a maintenance-only tool.

The pricing structure starts with a Free plan for managing 1 vehicle, with limited cloud storage. The Maintenance Package costs $6 per vehicle per month when billed annually and adds maintenance reminders and scheduling, preventive maintenance work orders, digital inspection forms, parts inventory management, fuel-card integrations, and fleet reports. The Maintenance + GPS & Telematics plan costs $28 per vehicle per month when billed annually and adds GPS tracking with geofencing, DTC engine-code alerts, driving-behavior metrics, mileage-based work orders, and driver scorecards. The $55 plan adds dual-facing HD safety cameras, in-cab alerts, a live camera feed, and AI video telematics. Paid plans have a 5-vehicle minimum.

AUTOsist’s breadth is its main advantage. Fuel-card data imports, vehicle document management, compliance-related inspections, safety metrics, and cost reporting sit alongside core maintenance records. Integrations include Azuga, Comdata, fuel-card providers, and GPS and telematics providers through an open API. GPS capabilities are integration-based, so fleets seeking built-in tracking without a telematics connection may prefer a different approach. AUTOsist fits budget-conscious fleets that want maintenance and related fleet workflows in one product; organizations focused primarily on advanced in-house telematics may want a more specialized option.
