Our verdict on AUM
AUM is an iOS audio mixer, recorder, plugin host and connection hub from Kymatica AB. It routes hardware inputs and outputs, Audio Unit extensions, Inter-App Audio apps, Audiobus ports and sound files while supporting mix busses, effect sends and MIDI control. The app fits solo musicians, producers, performers and small or mid-market teams that need advanced iPhone or iPad routing and live mixing rather than a conventional waveform editor. Multi-channel interface support, hosted instruments and MIDI controllers broaden its role in mobile setups.
AUM - Audio Mixer is a paid plan sold as a one-time App Store purchase, with price varying by region. Its single plan combines the mixer, recorder and connection hub with unlimited channels, built-in effects, MIDI routing, and Audio Unit, Inter-App Audio and Audiobus support.
