Our verdict on attenlo
attenlo is a web-based recurring bill management tool for SMEs and multi-location teams. It lets retail, clinic, hospitality and service businesses manually register expected bills, monitor arrival and due dates, assign responsibility, request approvals, attach supporting documents and record payments made outside the platform. A shared view surfaces missing bills and next actions, giving small and mid-market teams a common place to coordinate internal bill work.
The open beta is currently free. The published future paid plan is ₹1,000 INR per user per month, with payment starting only after explicit agreement and no automatic paid upgrade. The workflow centers on manual expected-bill entry, deadline tracking, approval requests and reviews, document storage, payment recording and receipt review. This makes attenlo suitable when teams need accountability around recurring bills without changing how they execute payments externally.
attenlo runs as a cloud-deployed web application and lists email and documentation as support channels. Its scope is deliberately focused on visibility and coordination rather than payment automation: connected payment execution, provider fetching and AI assistance are planned but not available. Teams that want a shared register of bills, owners, approvals and receipts should consider attenlo, particularly across multiple locations. Organizations seeking autopay, automated bill retrieval, integrated payment execution, a consumer portal or mobile-native access should choose a product built around those capabilities instead.
