Attendees can check in from a mobile browser without installing an app, while organizers manage events, sessions, participants, reports, and certificates centrally. Its strongest fit is for courses, workshops, seminars, congresses, and other organized events rather than day-to-day student administration.

The Free plan includes attendance management, dynamic QR check-in, basic attendance reports, geolocation verification, and offline mode. Evento Básico costs MXN 1,900 one-time per event and adds a public event microsite, configurable geolocation, and verifiable QR certificates.
