Attendae is a web-based attendance and event-management platform for educational institutions, training providers, and academic event organizers. It supports participant registration, dynamic QR check-in, configurable geolocation verification, session-based attendance reports, exports, and verifiable participation certificates. Attendees can check in from a mobile browser without installing an app, while organizers manage events, sessions, participants, reports, and certificates centrally. Its strongest fit is for courses, workshops, seminars, congresses, and other organized events rather than day-to-day student administration.
The Free plan includes attendance management, dynamic QR check-in, basic attendance reports, geolocation verification, and offline mode. Evento Básico costs MXN 1,900 one-time per event and adds a public event microsite, configurable geolocation, and verifiable QR certificates. Evento Profesional costs MXN 4,900 one-time per event and adds multiple sessions, a real-time attendance dashboard, XLSX import, XLSX and PDF exports, and operational staff roles. Congreso Académico costs MXN 11,900 one-time per event and adds presenter tools, peer-review rubrics, academic programs, role-specific certificates, and AI assistance. Congreso Grande costs MXN 24,900 one-time per event and adds unlimited participants, priority event support, and remote team training. Institutional Subscription supports multiple events, shared folios, an institutional administrator, all modules, and an optional SLA.
Attendae’s standout capability is event check-in flexibility: organizers can use personal tokens, open registration, or an administrator scanner, with offline synchronization for later upload. XLSX and CSV imports, session reports, and XLSX/PDF exports support operational workflows, while public microsites and QR certificates extend the platform beyond basic attendance capture. The trade-off is focus. Attendae suits event organizers that need QR-based participation records and certificates, but institutions seeking verified absence alerts, family features, or a mobile app should consider a broader student attendance or student information system instead.
