Our verdict on AtlasView

AtlasView is a cloud infrastructure asset-management platform for cities, counties, transportation agencies, and consultants. Its map-based inventory, pavement condition history, inspection scheduling, and planning tools make it a fit for public agencies deciding where to direct infrastructure work and budgets. Smaller agencies planning pavement investments are a particularly good match; organizations seeking a desktop-only asset register may find its planning and public-dashboard scope more than they need.

For pavement planning, AtlasView links condition scores and inspection history with deterioration trends, lifecycle modeling, scenario analysis, budget optimization, and forecasting. Agencies can configure asset types and fields, add documents, and use work planning alongside inventory. GIS import and export support includes shapefiles, CSV, and Esri services; listed integrations also include ArcGIS/Esri map and feature services, GeoJSON, and Excel. This makes the product relevant where existing GIS data is central to infrastructure decisions. Reports are available through dashboards and PDF or Excel exports, and public-facing dashboards provide a way to present infrastructure information beyond internal teams.

Pricing is annual and organized by centerline-mile tiers, with separate plan entries for pavement, public dashboards, and other asset types. The published plans distinguish agencies with 50 miles or less, 51–150 miles, and 151–500 miles, though the listed options vary by tier. AtlasView is web-based and cloud-hosted, with field updates from phones or tablets and English and Spanish interfaces. The vendor does not identify a native mobile app, so agencies requiring a dedicated mobile application should compare alternatives. Overall, AtlasView suits teams that need GIS-linked pavement planning and budget scenarios; it is less compelling for buyers who need broad platform coverage or transparent fixed annual pricing before selecting a mileage tier.
