Associatify is hosted web software for associations, foundations, clubs, and other member-driven organizations. It brings member records, dues invoicing, renewal tracking, events, email communication, surveys, CRM, grant application triage, reporting, and a member portal into one system. The Free plan provides a member registry for up to 100 members and simple email automation, making it a practical starting point for smaller organizations that need a central membership record without an upfront subscription.

Pricing expands in clear stages. Starter costs 89 EUR per month and adds surveys, events, and sessions to everything in Free. Pro costs 149 EUR per month and adds a marketing page and members portal. Enterprise starts from 2,900 € and adds an application system, invoicing, reports, and exports to everything in Pro. The published plans show a flat monthly pricing model, while the Enterprise listing does not display a separate per-month label. Associations should compare the paid tiers based on whether they need event administration, a public-facing page, member self-service, or broader reporting and invoicing capabilities.

The product’s breadth is its main distinction: it covers operational workflows that often sit across a registry, event tool, CRM, survey system, and reporting process. Custom member types, statuses, and fields support varied association structures, while segmented email and pipeline management add communication and relationship tools. Dues can be invoiced, tracked, and exported to accounting, but card payments are not processed inside the app. Choose Associatify if a broad web-based association system and free registry are priorities; consider another option if in-app card processing is essential.
