AssetPilot is an IT asset management platform for IT and helpdesk teams, IT managers, procurement and finance teams, and managed service providers managing device fleets. Its central registry tracks tags, serial numbers, hostnames, brands, models and categories, while signed check-in and check-out workflows support accountable hardware management. The platform also covers accessories, consumables, software licenses, contracts, employee access, depreciation and lifecycle reporting.

Pricing is structured across four plans. Starter costs £200 per month and includes the central asset registry, signed check-in and check-out, accessories and stock tracking, standard operational reports and email support. Professional costs £300 per month and adds Intune and Windows Autopilot reconciliation, Microsoft 365 license management, printer inventory, repairs, a recycle bin and priority support. Business costs £400 per month and adds purchasing workflows, Teams one-click approvals, secondary approvals, spend thresholds and purchasing analytics. Enterprise adds custom integrations and API access, self-hosted or private deployment, SSO enforcement, custom roles, a dedicated success manager and an SLA. Starter and Professional offer a free trial.

The platform fits Microsoft-centred environments through integrations with Entra ID, Intune, Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, Microsoft 365 and Teams. Slack, Jira, ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Dell, Lenovo and Fujitsu integrations extend its fit across service management and device ecosystems. Its procurement coverage reaches purchase requests, supplier quote comparison, purchase orders and goods receipting, while Microsoft 365 reporting addresses assignment analysis and waste. Teams that need barcode-led workflows or AI features should consider alternatives; AssetPilot is better suited to organisations prioritising Microsoft reconciliation, purchasing controls and financial asset reporting.
