AssemblyFlow review
A broad worship planning and projection suite with a capable free plan.

AssemblyFlow combines drag-and-drop worship-service planning with projection, stage display, livestream output, and CCLI usage reporting. It is designed for churches that want planning and presentation in one system, with reusable templates for Sunday morning, Wednesday night, Bible class, and Gospel Meeting services. The product also supports Scripture, PowerPoint sermons, countdowns, announcements, videos, images, themed backgrounds, transitions, standby, blackout, and logo screens. Its LAN web remote can be used from phones and tablets, while local offline operation and bundled hymns and Bible translations support on-site services.
Pricing is structured around congregation size and operational scope. The Free plan includes the full app for congregations of 50 or fewer members, with no reduced feature set and no watermark. Standard costs $20 per month or $200 per year and adds main worship assembly projection, sanctuary and livestream output, OBS, YouTube, and Zoom integration, unlimited songs and services, and one operator at a time. Church costs $40 per month or $400 per year, adding use for Bible classes, youth meetings, weddings, funerals, and special events, plus multiple simultaneous operators and web-remote role permissions. Multi-campus costs $80 per month or $800 per year and adds physical-campus support, NDI broadcast across the LAN, hardware-switcher integration, and priority email support.
Its strongest fit is for churches that need a connected presentation workflow rather than planning alone. The platform works across web, Windows, iOS, and Android through its application and browser-based remote, and it connects with OBS Studio, YouTube, Zoom, Facebook Live, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, NDI, api.bible, ESV API, and CCLI. The main trade-off is desktop-platform coverage: the application is Windows-native, with no Mac or Linux desktop version in version 1.x. Churches seeking multi-campus broadcasting or several simultaneous operators should consider the higher tiers; smaller congregations may find the Free plan sufficient.
