ASPWebHosting.com.au DNN Hosting is shared Windows hosting for DotNetNuke websites and related .NET workloads. It is aimed at businesses, developers, and organizations running content-managed sites, intranets, extranets, portals, and e-commerce websites. The service supports automated DNN installation, Microsoft SQL Server, ASP.NET, .NET Core, IIS, PHP, Plesk, multiple websites under one account, and web-based file management. Hosting is provided in Australia by Microdata Pty Ltd, a vendor founded in 2001.
The strongest fit is its managed foundation for DNN deployments. Daily backups and recovery reduce routine maintenance demands, while free SSL support through Let's Encrypt, web statistics, email accounts, and 24/7 technical support cover common website operations. Plesk provides the control panel, and Windows Server with IIS aligns with applications built around Microsoft's hosting stack. These features make the service a practical choice for teams that want DNN-specific setup without assembling the server environment themselves.
There is a clear boundary around platform fit. Shared hosting may be less appropriate for deployments with demanding resource, traffic, or isolation requirements. The vendor's DNN information also includes legacy references to Windows Server 2003/2008 and SQL Server 2005/2008, while its current Windows hosting information advertises Windows Server 2019/2022 and Plesk. Buyers should verify current DNN compatibility and plan-specific database inclusions before purchase. Choose this service for managed, Windows-based DNN hosting with backup and support essentials; consider an alternative when the project requires dedicated infrastructure or broader deployment control.
