ArrowBill is accounts payable automation for UK small and medium-sized businesses, bookkeepers, business owners, and finance teams using Xero or QuickBooks Online. It accepts invoices by upload, email, or drop folder, extracts header and line-item information, shows field-level confidence for review, and supports validation, duplicate detection, coding suggestions, approvals, purchase-order matching, audit trails, and accounting submission. Its scope suits teams that want a structured invoice-to-bill workflow without moving away from their accounting platform.
Pricing is organized into monthly plans. Solo costs £45 per month for one user seat and includes invoice OCR, line-item capture, email-to-inbox and drop-folder ingest, plus Xero and QuickBooks Online integrations. Approval workflows and subsidiaries are not included in this tier. Team costs £70 per month and includes 20 seats, or 50 above 500 invoices per month, unlimited approval workflows, role-based permissions, head office plus three subsidiaries, and procurement orders and requests. Enterprise offers custom pricing, unlimited seats, unlimited subsidiaries, and unlimited approval workflows. A 14-day trial is available without a credit card.
ArrowBill’s strongest fit is for organizations that need more control than basic invoice forwarding: routing can be configured by supplier, value, or exception, while matching and duplicate checks support review before submission. The accounting connection is deliberately narrow, with Xero and QuickBooks Online as the available integrations, and approved bills are sent to those platforms for payment execution. Teams needing payments handled inside the AP product, broader platform coverage, or approval workflows on the Solo plan should consider another option. Choose ArrowBill when invoice processing and accounting sync are the priority; choose an alternative when payment execution or a wider ecosystem is essential.
