Our verdict on ArCADia BIM
ArCADia BIM is desktop BIM and CAD software for architects, engineers, builders, interior designers, and building-services planners. It combines 2D and 3D CAD planning with BIM model creation and management, covering architectural elements such as walls, windows, doors, roofs, and stairs. Structural planning, reinforcement documentation, construction documentation, electrical design, water and drainage, gas, heating, and ventilation workflows are also included. Real-time 3D visualization, rendering, project management, and drawing-layout tools extend the workflow beyond basic drafting.
The published plans show one named offering: ArCADia BIM 15. Its highlights include an integrated BIM model, architectural, structural, and building-services tools, an advanced CAD drawing engine, and a perpetual license. The current official Polish product page lists the plan at PLN 4,950 net, while regional pricing and version availability differ. A 28-day full-featured trial provides a way to evaluate the software before purchase.
