Apollo.coach is coaching-practice management software for independent coaches, coaching companies and organizations managing multiple coaches. It brings together client records, session reports, conversation logs, appointment scheduling, client messaging, knowledge sharing, coaching agreements, invoicing and payments. Clients can use a portal connected to a website to book appointments, complete intake information, access documents and programs, communicate with coaches, and pay invoices through PayPal. The platform is available on web, iOS and Android.
The published plans are organized by client capacity. The 10-client plan costs €19 per month on annual billing or €23 per month on monthly billing. The 20-client plan costs €35 per month annually or €39 per month monthly. Unlimited clients costs €65 per month annually or €75 per month monthly. Each plan lists the client management system, client portal with website and app, knowledge base, scheduling, coach invoices and coaching agreements. A 14-day free trial is available, while there is no free plan. Pricing is shown excluding VAT.
Calendar connections include Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar and Apple Calendar. Apollo.coach also lists PayPal, Mailchimp, Exact, Twinfield, Snelstart and Reeleezee integrations, giving practices options for payments, email and accounting workflows. Its feature set suits coaches who want a client-facing portal alongside records, scheduling and administrative tools rather than a narrow appointment calendar. Practices with up to 10 clients get the lowest listed tier; larger practices can move to 20-client or unlimited-client plans. Coaches needing a broader payment ecosystem than PayPal or a free ongoing plan should look elsewhere.
