APC Cloud VPS review
Dedicated-resource VPS with KVM, adjustable specifications and basic server management.

APC Cloud VPS offers virtual servers with dedicated resources, hosted in Singapore, for teams that want configurable Linux or Windows infrastructure. Its three preset plans scale from 2 vCPUs, 4 GB RAM and 40 GB disk on Basic Cloud VPS to 8 vCPUs, 16 GB RAM and 120 GB disk on Pro Cloud VPS. Standard Cloud VPS sits between them with 4 vCPUs, 8 GB RAM and 80 GB disk. All list unmetered bandwidth and 100 Mbps shared bandwidth. Teams can also customize CPU, RAM, disk space and bandwidth rather than relying only on preset sizes.
The platform combines KVM virtualization with a self-managed control panel for remote access, rebooting and OS reinstallation. That makes it suited to administrators who want direct operational control, while basic server management covers hardware, network, operating system and control-panel issues. It is not presented as fully managed hosting: buyers should expect to handle routine server administration themselves and use the included troubleshooting for the specified infrastructure concerns. Email and ticket support are available, with 24/7 support indicated.
Bandwidth is described as unmetered but subject to fair use, and each preset plan lists a shared 100 Mbps connection. Buyers should account for those conditions when evaluating workloads with sustained traffic needs. Remote backups are not included, although backup space can be purchased separately, so teams should plan their backup approach. APC Cloud VPS is a fit for organizations seeking adjustable Linux or Windows VPS resources and self-service controls; teams needing included remote backups or a more hands-off managed service should consider alternatives.
