AOMEI Backupper Workstation is paid backup software for business use on Windows PCs. It covers system, disk, partition, file, folder, and email backup, along with restore operations for systems, disks, partitions, and individual files. Small businesses and organizations managing individual workstations can also use it for scheduled or event-based protection, incremental and differential backups, cloning, synchronization, and recovery preparation. Its scope makes it a fit for Windows users who want more than basic file backup, particularly those who need system migration or workstation cloning.

The published plans offer two licensing approaches. Yearly Subscription costs $49.95 per device per year and includes backup for a physical Windows PC, complete backup, sync and clone capabilities, a PXE boot tool, and business use. Lifetime Upgrades costs $79.95 as a one-time payment per device and includes lifetime use and upgrades, physical Windows PC backup, and business use. A 30-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan. Because each license covers one device, organizations protecting multiple workstations need to account for a separate license per PC.

The strongest functional breadth is in backup operations and recovery flexibility. AOMEI Backupper Workstation supports scheduled and event-based jobs, backup cleanup by age or backup count, bootable rescue media, a recovery environment, PXE booting, encryption, integrity checking, and command-line backup, restore, and clone operations. Synchronization includes real-time and two-way modes, while destinations can include NAS devices, network shares, cloud drives, Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, and Hotmail. It should suit Windows-focused teams that value cloning and detailed backup controls. Organizations needing multi-device licensing or a non-Windows platform should choose an alternative.
