ANTlabs Tru'IP review
A focused on-premises DDI platform for teams that need high-availability DHCP.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
ANTlabs Tru’IP is an on-premises DDI platform for telcos, internet service providers, service providers and large-scale network infrastructure teams. It brings DHCP, DNS and IP address management under centralized CMS control, with physical and virtual appliance deployments for distributed operator and data-centre environments. For DHCP operations, it supports IPv4 and IPv6 address assignment, dynamic and static allocation, policy-based allocation, lease management and lease-status queries.
The strongest fit is for teams that need DHCP continuity and centralized operational control. Tru’IP supports active-active DHCP high-availability clustering, centralized cluster configuration, monitoring and reporting, and consolidated operational logs with audit trails. IP address management adds centralized subnet visibility, while diagnostics and DNS services broaden the platform beyond address assignment alone. This makes it appropriate for environments where DHCP failover, IPv6 support and operational oversight matter together rather than as isolated requirements.
Integration is available through REST and WebSocket interfaces, and the published platform options are API and self-hosted. That combination suits infrastructure teams with their own operational systems and an on-premises deployment model. The trade-off is a narrower ecosystem and platform footprint than teams may expect from a broadly connected cloud service. Tru’IP is a strong choice for operators and large network teams prioritizing focused DHCP, IPAM and high-availability capabilities; organizations seeking public pricing, cloud-first deployment or wider integration coverage should look elsewhere.
