Alibaba Cloud Mobile Analysis is an SDK-backed monitoring and analytics service for iOS and Android applications. It collects crash and exception logs, stack traces, performance measurements, ANR data, device and network context, and custom events, then presents them in the mPaaS console. The service is aimed at teams running large mobile analytics deployments that need both stability diagnostics and behavioral analysis, rather than a crash-only tool.

The published plans use prepaid Performance Analysis resource packages sized for 10,000, 100,000, 500,000, 1,000,000, 5,000,000, 10,000,000 or 20,000,000 devices. Each package lists crash, lag and freeze reports plus iOS symbol-file management. A free usage tier is consumed first, but there is no standalone unlimited free plan. This structure suits organizations that can forecast device volume and want capacity options aligned with a large installed base. New users should also account for postpaid mode no longer being available for ordering.
