ALDrive is a Windows desktop client for transferring files between a local computer and remote servers. It is aimed at Windows users who want to manage existing site connections, especially those moving saved site information from FileZilla, ALFTP or ALDrive. It supports FTP, FTP over SSL/TLS, SFTP and WebDAV, plus public-key and private-key authentication. The vendor recommends Windows 10 and 11 environments.

A notable workflow is working across several connections at once: ALDrive can connect to multiple sites simultaneously and transfer files between local storage and a site, or directly between sites. Drag-and-drop uploads and downloads, navigation history and direct path entry support file movement and browsing. A separate pane displays transfer history, including multi-file transfers. This makes the client more useful for users handling several server locations than one focused only on a single local-to-remote connection.

Licensing is the main decision point. ESTsoft offers a free public version for eligible personal, noncommercial use in Korea; organizations and users outside Korea need a paid license. ALDrive therefore suits individual users in that region who want a no-cost Windows client, and teams whose work benefits from multi-site transfers and site-list import if paid licensing fits. Users seeking a client for another operating system should choose an alternative, as should buyers who require built-in automation or verified synchronization features; ALDrive's described feature set centers on connections, transfers and history rather than those capabilities.
