Akku UEM is a cloud-console endpoint management platform for organizations managing Windows, Ubuntu and macOS computers and servers. One agent per device supports operating-system and application patching, third-party installer deployment, inventory, endpoint hardening, software allowlisting, execution control, vulnerability matching and remote assistance. Administrators can deploy through third-party installers, Windows Update, Ubuntu apt upgrades or administrator-authored scripts, with SHA-256 installer verification and per-device deployment tracking.

The Starter plan costs INR 2,000 per device per year with annual billing. It includes 113 hardening policies, drift detection and auto-remediation, staged and versioned publishing, offline enforcement, and hardware and software inventory. Standard costs INR 3,500 per device per year and adds multi-source patching, ring-based rollout, automatic promotion and halt, maintenance windows, platform catalogue and dry runs, plus software allowlisting and execution control. Advanced costs INR 6,000 per device per year and adds daily CISA KEV ingestion, inventory matching, suggested fixes and exposure dashboards. SIEM and ITSM integrations are available.

Akku UEM is less suitable for organizations seeking a free entry tier or billing other than annual per-device plans. Its stated endpoint scope centers on Windows, Ubuntu and macOS, so teams managing other operating systems should compare alternatives. The product also brings several security and deployment controls into a single UEM service, which may be more functionality than teams seeking only basic patch scheduling require. Choose an alternative if your priority is a different platform scope, a free plan, or a narrowly focused patch-management workflow.

Akku UEM pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • OS and application patching with third-party installer deployment
    • Ring-based rollouts with automatic promotion, halt and reboot controls
    • Hardening rollback, allowlisting and CISA KEV inventory matching
  • Where it doesn't
    • No free plan for smaller teams evaluating the platform
    • Annual per-device billing may not suit short-term deployments
    • Designed for Windows, Ubuntu and macOS endpoints and servers
