Our verdict on AISongGen
AISongGen is a browser-based AI music studio for creators, hobbyists, video makers and small businesses producing music for social posts, ads, podcasts and other projects. Text prompts can generate full songs with lyrics, vocals, beats and mastered mixes. Additional tools cover AI rap, vocal replacement, text-to-speech narration and lyric drafting with rhyme suggestions, syllable counts and rewrites. Presets and controls for instrumentation, tempo, key, mood and track length help shape the starting result.
The free Basic plan supports creation and listening for personal use. Standard costs $6.99 per month and adds a standard commercial license, 500 credits per month, the AI music composer, AI cover creator and text-to-speech. Pro costs $19.99 per month and provides an extended commercial license, 2,000 credits per month and the same named creation tools. Paid plans also support MP3, WAV and stem export, while the free tier does not include commercial-use rights. No trial card is required.
AISongGen’s strongest fit is a short-form workflow that needs both finished tracks and editable materials. Users can regenerate or lock individual sections, export stems and MIDI, replace vocals while retaining an instrumental, and start from templates aimed at short-form and social video use. These controls give creators more room to revise structure than a simple one-prompt generator. The trade-off is a web-only, cloud deployment with email support, and the free plan’s personal-use restriction.
