Aiseesoft Data Recovery is desktop software for recovering deleted or lost files from Windows PCs and Macs. It targets people working with internal drives, external storage, memory cards, digital cameras, drones, drive recorders, and other removable media. Quick Scan and Deep Scan modes cover routine and more thorough recovery tasks, while file filtering and previews help identify files before recovery. Supported file types include documents, photos, videos, audio, email, archives, and other data.

The freemium model provides a free edition with recovery of up to 0.2GB. The published plans show a 1 Month License at $60 for 1 PC and 1 Mac, a 1 Year License at $120 for 2 PCs and 2 Macs, and a Lifetime License at $180 for 3 PCs, 3 Macs, and lifetime use. The paid editions are easier to compare by device coverage and duration than by feature expansion. The product also includes RAID recovery, crashed-computer recovery through bootable USB media, and AI-assisted photo repair in the Pro version.

Its strongest fit is for users who need one application to cover both computer drives and specialized media rather than a narrowly focused undelete utility. Recovery from SD cards, MicroSD cards, CompactFlash cards, Memory Sticks, cameras, drones, and RAID drives gives it useful range for mixed storage environments. The trade-off is the free edition’s 0.2GB limit and the separation between PC and Mac allowances in each paid plan. Choose Aiseesoft Data Recovery when media variety, bootable recovery, previews, and photo repair matter; choose another option when the requirement is limited to a small free recovery job or a simpler single-device purchase.
