AI Notetaker is a white-label meeting assistant for businesses that want branded meeting intelligence under their own name. It joins Zoom and Google Meet calls, records and transcribes meetings, and generates summaries, decisions, and action items. Its audience includes enterprises and software providers that need private search, branded outputs, structured templates, and deployment beyond a standard hosted service. It is available through the web and as a self-hosted deployment.

Pricing is presented in two annual per-seat plans. In-house costs $10 per seat per year and runs in a customer VPC or fully on-premises, with SSO/SAML, RBAC, audit logs, an air-gapped option, and dedicated support. Cloud costs $18 per seat per year and adds managed hosting, EU and US data regions, SSO/SAML, RBAC, and 99.9% uptime. Neither plan is free. The main pricing distinction is deployment control: In-house is aimed at organizations that require infrastructure ownership or isolation, while Cloud provides managed hosting with regional choices.

The product’s strongest fit is for teams that value control, branding, and structured follow-through over broad meeting-platform coverage. Custom meeting templates and workflow routing can connect meeting outputs to CRM or ATS processes, while RAG-based private search supports retrieval across internal meeting knowledge. White-label branding extends to the bot, files, and emails. The trade-off is platform breadth: built-in capture covers Zoom and Google Meet, while Microsoft Teams, Webex, live captions, and a mobile app are not built in. Choose AI Notetaker for private or self-hosted deployment and branded workflows; choose an alternative if broad native meeting coverage or mobile access is central.
