Aha! Knowledge is a documentation and knowledge-base product for product teams managing both internal information and customer-facing content. Teams can create internal wikis, public or private knowledge bases, and documentation sites with rich formatting, templates, inline comments, permissions, revision history, and publishing controls. Its feature set also includes diagrams, whiteboards, embedded knowledge bases, AI-assisted drafting, translation, and reporting on page views and search queries.
Pricing is structured around Essentials and Advanced. Essentials costs $23 per user per month when billed monthly or $18 per user per month when billed annually, with unlimited documents, an AI assistant, 100+ templates, rich formatting, revision history, and user permissions.
