AgriOS is an open-source ERP for African agricultural small and medium-sized businesses and cooperatives. It brings farmer and group records together with procurement, sales, inventory, accounting, field mapping and operational reporting. Web, API and Android access support different ways to work with those records, including offline mobile data collection with data-quality checks. Its focus is managing the flow of information across farm supply chains rather than documenting a dedicated crop-planning feature, so it suits organizations seeking connected operational records more than those looking for a specialist crop-planning system.

The breadth of its records is a central strength: procurement and sales sit alongside inventory management and automation, financial reporting, traceability and EUDR readiness tracking. Dashboards provide KPI reporting, while weekly AI-powered business health checks and recommendations add a review layer to operational data. Farmer and field mapping also connects records to locations. These capabilities can help replace paper and spreadsheets with information that supports management, traceability and lender due diligence.
