AdRoll is a cross-channel advertising platform from NextRoll, Inc. for brands, ecommerce businesses, agencies, and other marketers. Its ABM-oriented capabilities center on building and activating audiences across web advertising, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Marketers can target using website behavior, contact lists, contextual signals, and lookalikes, then manage campaigns, budgets, creative assets, and measurement from the platform.
The published plans show three service levels. Self-Service Ads provides self-service advertising with pay-as-you-go media pricing and dynamic CPM pricing; social ads are available as an add-on, with social media spend billed through connected social platforms. Managed Services Ads adds managed services for qualifying ad spend. The Advanced Package includes the full AdRoll platform, free ad credits, and guaranteed services with an annual commitment. There is no free plan, so AdRoll is aimed at teams with an advertising budget and a need for campaign execution rather than a free audience-management tool.
AdRoll’s strongest fit is cross-network advertising depth. It supports campaign editing and optimization across connected channels, automated marketing recipes for web and social sequences, two-variant A/B creative testing, customizable dashboards, benchmarking, cross-channel attribution, report scheduling, and dashboard exports. Its reporting API provides campaign, ad group, ad, segment, and delivery data, while AI features assist with campaign setup, optimization recommendations, creative copy, and report creation. Integrations include ecommerce platforms, email tools, and advertising networks such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, BigCommerce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Amazon Ads, Bing Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Choose AdRoll when paid media orchestration and measurement are the priority; teams seeking primarily sales orchestration should consider a different category focus.
