Adobe Learning Manager is a cloud learning management system for organizations training employees, customers, partners, franchisees, and other audiences. It brings course and learning-object authoring, learning paths, certifications, quizzes, graded assessments, completion certificates, skills, badges, gamification, learner transcripts, compliance reporting, and AI features into one system. Web, iOS, and Android access supports both desktop and mobile learning, while SAML 2.0 single sign-on supports managed access.

Pricing is organized around two licensing models rather than a public numeric rate. The Registered users plan assigns individual licenses to a fixed number of learners and provides continuous course access. The Monthly active users plan is intended for on-demand access and a mix of floating learners. Both require contacting Adobe sales, and the product includes a 30-day trial. Organizations should compare expected learner activity with the two models before choosing a licensing approach, particularly when access patterns vary across employees, customers, or partners.

Its ecosystem is a major part of the product's appeal. Adobe Learning Manager connects with Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Workday, Adobe Connect, Zoom, LinkedIn Learning, Harvard ManageMentor, getAbstract, Microsoft Power BI, Adobe Marketo Engage, Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Adobe Commerce, FTP, and LTI. REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, connectors, and webhooks provide additional integration options. Choose it when broad training operations, compliance reporting, certifications, mobile learning, and business-system connectivity matter together. Smaller teams seeking a simpler, narrowly focused LMS may find its scope and sales-led purchasing process less suitable.
