It supports in-person, hybrid and virtual formats, combining visitor registration, paid and free ticketing, payment processing, questionnaires, quotas, access-time controls and exhibitor management. The platform also covers email campaigns, reminders, promotional periods, on-site scanning, admission control and badge printing. Trade show organizers needing structured admission and exhibitor workflows are the clearest fit.

Its strongest area is controlled event access. Organizers can configure registration and ticketing portals, apply registration rules, scan tickets on site, print badges and operate entry systems offline. Live dashboards, reporting and analytics APIs add operational visibility, while REST APIs, webhooks and custom data integrations support organizations that need to connect event data with other systems.
