ADDA is community management software for residential associations, housing societies, HOAs, residents, tenants, and management committees. It combines a resident web portal and mobile app with announcements, messaging, document storage, complaint and maintenance tracking, forms, approvals, amenity bookings, visitor and parcel workflows, accounting, and online payments for community bills and maintenance dues. Its published description also covers management tools for committees and community managers, making it a fit for communities seeking one system across resident communication and daily operations.
Its plan structure expands from communication into operational and financial administration. Communication includes announcements, a resident directory, an event calendar, documents, surveys and forms, and architectural change management. Operations adds violation tracking and request management. Financials adds payment processing, financial reporting, budget management, and complete accounting.
