Activ People HR is a cloud-based HR platform for UK organisations that want one place for employee records and core people processes. It covers leave and absence requests, onboarding and offboarding, employee documents, policies, performance, timesheets, training records, reporting, and employee and manager self-service. Its web, iOS and Android access makes it suitable for small and midsize businesses that need HR administration across desktop and mobile, while the vendor also positions it for larger workforces.
The published plans show two pricing levels, each available annually or monthly. Essentials costs £48 per user per year or £4 per user per month and includes people management, onboarding and offboarding, absence and leave management, document storage, and employee self-service.
