A certificate range with free access, paid plans and ACME-based DV automation.

Actalis SSL Certificates cover websites and organizations with DV, OV and EV SSL/TLS options. The range includes single-domain DV certificates, multi-domain certificates for up to five FQDNs, and wildcard certificates for a domain and unlimited subdomains. A free option and paid subscription plans make the service relevant to budget-conscious buyers looking across certificate types, while the product also lists enterprise certificate lifecycle management. It is a fit for organizations that need a choice of validation levels or automated DV issuance; buyers seeking only a narrowly defined certificate option may prefer a simpler provider.
The published plans show four tiers. Free is described as a no-commitment SSL option. Bronze costs €7 per month with annual billing and includes unlimited DV certificates. Silver costs €20 per month with annual billing and includes three DV certificates plus wildcard certificates. Gold costs €40 per month with annual billing and adds SSL Organization Validation. Separately, listed certificate prices start at €50 per certificate annually, plus VAT. The plan structure offers distinct levels of DV capacity and validation, but buyers should distinguish subscription pricing from per-certificate pricing when comparing costs.
ACME-based automatic issuance and renewal is available for DV certificates, with ACME clients listed as integrations. Certificate management spans issuance through renewal, and free SSL/TLS and CSR inspection tools are also offered. The product supports certificate revocation. One planning consideration is validity: certificates are listed with one-year validity, while Actalis says changes taking effect from 15 March 2026 reduce the maximum validity period and that it will provide a second certificate to maintain annual coverage. Actalis suits buyers who value its certificate breadth and DV automation; those prioritizing a proven provider may prefer an established alternative.
