ACE-Step Studio is an open-source Windows desktop application for AI music creation using ACE-Step 1.5. It is aimed at solo creators and small teams who want a local workspace that extends beyond generating a song: it can make full tracks with vocals from captions or lyrics, or start from a one-line idea with a writing assistant or planner. The stated vocal control is style-based, and prompt-based genre and style direction can shape generation. Songs can be up to 10 minutes long, with MP3, FLAC, and WAV export.
Its breadth is the main distinction. Alongside generation, users can create covers, remixes, and repaints from library tracks; search a LoRA catalogue, find LoRAs through Hugging Face, and train custom adapters. The workflow also reaches into six-stem separation, transcription to multi-instrument MIDI, word-level karaoke timing, noise reduction, VST3 processing chains, mastering, and visualizer clips with effects and karaoke lyrics.
