The published plans are Basic Service and Fully Managed. Basic Service includes sales tax calculations, usage reports, 99.99% uptime, and compatibility with major shopping carts. Fully Managed includes the Basic and optional services, plus Streamlined Sales Tax support, filing and payments, and priority customer support.
