Accountek Connected combines accounting and ERP capabilities for small and mid-sized businesses. It covers general ledger, accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, bank reconciliation, reporting, inventory, order entry, manufacturing, job costing and multi-currency support. That breadth makes it a fit for firms managing more than basic bookkeeping, especially those that need inventory control or job costing alongside financial records. Businesses seeking a simpler accounting tool may find its ERP scope unnecessary.

Deployment and pricing are distinct choices. Connected on Demand costs $89 per user per month and provides browser or iPad/tablet access, all accounting and ERP features and modules, multiple company data files without additional cost, and automatic upgrades. The desktop Connected Core Accounting plan costs $649 one time and includes core accounting, financials, accounts receivable and accounts payable for macOS and Windows. It is intended for businesses that do not require inventory management or job costing, so firms needing those capabilities should consider the cloud offering rather than treating the desktop plan as equivalent in scope.

The feature set extends from bank reconciliation with QBO file import and transaction matching to customizable forms, financial, sales, inventory and profit reports, quotes, sales orders, inventory valuation and movement reporting, manufacturing and job costing modules. QuickBooks QBO file import and Microsoft Excel are the named integrations. Cloud and desktop deployment offer flexibility, while iOS is also listed as a platform. Choose Connected when accounting needs are tied to inventory, production or costing workflows; consider another option if you want a free plan or only need straightforward accounting without ERP functions. Support channels include tickets and documentation.
