Accedo is a web-based policy management and compliance-tracking product for organizations that need employees, contractors, or other users to acknowledge internal policies. It supports document upload and version control, assignments to individuals or groups, magic-link signing, timestamped acknowledgment records, recurring acknowledgments, and exportable completion certificates. The product fits startups, independent practices, insurance agencies, trucking fleets, and other teams seeking dated policy-signoff records without adopting a broader HR platform.

Pricing is structured around three plans. Free costs $0 per month and includes up to 25 users, up to 10 active policies, one admin user, and one year of data retention. Standard is listed at $2.50 per user per year with annual billing and includes 200 users, up to 50 active policies, unlimited acknowledgments, SSO through SAML, scheduled reminders, analytics, and an audit log. Premium adds a dedicated AWS account, unlimited users, unlimited active policies, unlimited acknowledgments, and configurable data retention. The paid tiers therefore expand capacity and administrative controls, while Standard adds the main compliance and identity features many teams will need.

Accedo’s strongest fit is policy signoff rather than policy creation: customers bring their own documents, and documented assignment templates are not policy templates. Its web delivery and identity-provider integrations support organizations that already manage access through Okta, Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin, SAML 2.0, or SCIM-compliant providers. Teams needing version history, automated reminders, completion reporting, and audit-ready records should find the scope well aligned. Organizations seeking policy authoring, broader HR workflows, or a full HR platform should choose a more expansive alternative.
