Abblix OIDC Server is a .NET library for building an OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect provider inside an ASP.NET Core application. It is aimed at organizations that want to operate authentication within their own infrastructure, including banks, telecoms, and enterprises. Windows and Linux deployments are supported, with ASP.NET Core MVC and Minimal API adapters for application integration. The product also supports Docker, Kubernetes, and NuGet, making it a fit for teams already working in the .NET ecosystem and managing their own deployment environment.

Its standout strength is the breadth of its published OpenID Connect capabilities. The server supports token issuance, introspection, revocation, dynamic client registration, Device Authorization Grant, mutual TLS, certificate-bound tokens, Pushed Authorization Requests, JWT-secured authorization requests, Client-Initiated Backchannel Authentication, and front-channel and back-channel logout. OpenID Foundation certification covers login and logout profiles. That combination suits implementations requiring more than basic authorization-code and token flows, particularly where machine-to-machine access, device authorization, or stronger client authentication is part of the design.

Pricing is structured around three annual plans. Community is free for eligible users and includes all protocols and OpenID profiles, unlimited client applications and users, one production issuer, unlimited nodes per issuer, development, test, and staging deployments, and community support. Pro starts at $3,000 per year and adds standard support and one conference call as part of support. Enterprise costs $9,000 per year and adds unlimited production issuers, extended priority support, and a priority bug-fix queue. Teams needing a proprietary, self-hosted OIDC implementation for ASP.NET Core should consider Abblix; teams requiring SAML or generally open-source licensing should choose an alternative.
