Our verdict on ABA English
ABA English is an online English-learning service for independent learners and people who want teacher support. Its course covers six CEFR levels from A1 to C1 and combines short films based on real-life situations with grammar videos, interactive exercises, conversation classes, progress exams, and level certificates. Learners can study on the web or through iOS and Android apps, with offline practice available in the mobile app. An English level placement test helps learners identify a starting point.
The freemium structure gives learners several ways to enter the course. The Free plan includes the first unit of each level, grammar video classes, and unlimited duration. Premium adds the complete English course, unit review classes, conversation classes, teacher support, and an ABA English certificate. Premium Pro includes the ABA English course plus an official-exam preparation platform with study plans, exercises, and simulations. The app page presents a seven-day course trial, while the site separately describes a 14-day money-back guarantee. Learners comparing tiers should focus on whether they need the full course, teacher interaction, or exam preparation.
The strongest differentiator is the breadth of the learning path: pronunciation, listening, writing, vocabulary, and grammar exercises sit alongside 144 grammar video classes, live conversation and unit-review classes, and progress assessments. That makes ABA English a fit for learners seeking a structured English course rather than a narrow practice tool. Offline mobile access also supports study away from a connection. Learners who want a single English program with optional teacher guidance should consider ABA English; those seeking several target languages or only a focused exam-preparation service may prefer a more specialized alternative.
