4Netplayers ATLAS Server Hosting was a managed web-based service for multiplayer survival game servers running ATLAS. It was designed for administrators who wanted control over server operations without handling every task manually. The service covered server start, stop, configuration, and backup management through a custom control panel, with additional access for databases and FTP. Its intended audience was ATLAS server owners who prioritized automation and configurable administration tools.

Automation was the product’s clearest strength. Automatic server updates and backups addressed recurring maintenance tasks, while custom scheduled tasks added control over routine operations. Administrators could also configure ATLAS mods and modpacks, making the service suitable for servers that needed more than a default setup. Direct database access and FTP access extended that control beyond the web panel, and DDoS protection addressed a specific operational concern for multiplayer servers. These features gave the service a broad administration toolkit within the narrow ATLAS hosting category.

Its current availability changes the buying decision. ATLAS is no longer part of 4Netplayers’ active portfolio, and new ATLAS servers are not currently offered. Support may be able to arrange reactivation or a custom solution, but that route is different from choosing an openly available hosting plan. Administrators seeking a currently offered ATLAS server should choose another provider instead. Existing 4Netplayers customers or teams with a specific reactivation requirement may still find the management features relevant, particularly if automated updates, backups, mod configuration, database access, FTP access, and scheduled tasks are priorities.
