The stated temperature and humidity are essential context: this is not a universal daily collection rate, and the manual does not establish the amount collected under cooler or drier conditions.

The manufacturer describes the PB-03 for small, poorly ventilated spaces, including wardrobes, cabinets, and storage rooms. The model/manual material uses a 2200 ft³ descriptor, while the US registration page associates 2200 cubic feet (250 sq ft) with the PB-03-US-FBA variant. Neither establishes a tested room-size limit or a guarantee that the unit can control humidity throughout a space of that size.

For a large, open, or persistently damp room, the supplied specifications are not enough to determine whether the PB-03 is adequate. Compare dehumidifiers using extraction figures measured at comparable temperature and humidity conditions, as well as intended area, tank size, and measured energy use and noise. The sources for this model do not provide independent comparisons on those latter measures.
Is the Pro Breeze PB-03 quiet?
The manual says, “This dehumidifier uses Peltier Technology (no compressor) making it lightweight and quiet.” That is the manufacturer’s characterization. The available product documentation does not provide a measured noise level or an independent test, so it cannot establish how loud the PB-03 will sound in a bedroom, office, or other quiet setting.

- Keep the appliance upright to reduce the risk of leakage.
- Use only the supplied power adapter.
- When the tank is full, the indicator turns yellow and the dehumidifier switches off.
- Empty and clean the water tank regularly. The manual specifies warm tap water and mild detergent for cleaning.

What the available evidence does—and does not—show
The manuals establish the manufacturer’s stated design, specifications, intended-use description, and care instructions. They do not establish independent extraction performance in a defined room, measured noise, electricity consumption, durability, or performance relative to other dehumidifiers. As a result, claims that the PB-03 is especially energy-efficient, demonstrably quiet, or more effective than alternatives are not supported by these sources.
Before buying, identify the exact regional model and decide whether a compact appliance with a 1500 ml tank and condition-specific stated extraction suits your use. If your decision depends on noise, energy cost, or guaranteed performance in a particular room, look for independent measurements under clearly stated conditions; the PB-03 documentation does not supply them.
