The POCO X6 Pro is the stronger pick on listed processor and storage specifications; the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G offers a higher-resolution, optically stabilized main camera and faster stated charging. There is no reliable price winner without checking current local prices for the same memory configuration: the available Germany listing is stale, not a current quote.
How the key specifications compare
| Specification | POCO X6 Pro | Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G |
|---|---|---|
| Processor and memory/storage type | MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra; LPDDR5X RAM; UFS 4.0 storage | Snapdragon 7s Gen 3; LPDDR4X RAM; UFS 2.2 storage |
| Memory configurations listed | 8GB+256GB; 12GB+512GB | 8GB+256GB; 12GB+256GB; 12GB+512GB on Xiaomi Poland’s page |
| Display | 6.67-inch, 2712 × 1220, up to 120Hz; manufacturer-listed peak brightness of 1800 nits | 6.67-inch, 2712 × 1220, up to 120Hz; manufacturer-listed peak brightness of 3000 nits |
| Rear cameras | 64MP main, 8MP ultrawide, 2MP macro | 200MP OIS main, 8MP ultrawide, 2MP macro |
| Battery and listed charging rate | 5000mAh typical; 67W | 5110mAh typical; 120W HyperCharge |
These are manufacturer specifications, not comparative test results. Peak-brightness figures are maker claims and should not be treated as directly comparable independent measurements. Xiaomi’s global POCO page and Poland’s Redmi page are the references for the configurations and figures above: POCO X6 Pro specifications and Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G specifications.
Which phone is faster on paper?
The POCO X6 Pro has the more performance-oriented listed platform: Dimensity 8300-Ultra paired with LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage. Redmi lists a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 with LPDDR4X and UFS 2.2. Those component classes favor the POCO for buyers prioritizing processing and storage specifications, but they do not establish how much faster it is in a particular app or game. No comparative benchmark results are established here.

POCO’s listed options are 8GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB. Xiaomi Poland lists the Redmi in 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB configurations. Does the Redmi’s 200MP camera make it better?
Not by itself. The Redmi has a 200MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), while POCO lists a 64MP main camera; both list 8MP ultrawide and 2MP macro cameras. Xiaomi also describes 2× and 4× optical-grade lossless zoom and up to 30× digital zoom for the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G in its January 10, 2025 international-market announcement.
These hardware details make the Redmi the more camera-feature-focused option on paper, particularly if OIS and the stated zoom modes matter to you. Megapixel count and feature labels do not prove which phone produces better photos; that depends on image processing and real-world results, for which no side-by-side test is established here.

Battery capacity and charging: what the numbers tell you
POCO lists a 5000mAh typical battery and 67W charging; Redmi lists a 5110mAh typical battery and 120W HyperCharge. Redmi therefore has the higher stated capacity and charging rate. Neither figure alone establishes battery life or actual time to recharge. Charging results can depend on usage, temperature, charger and other conditions; check the local product listing for what charger, if any, is included.
How to compare the price difference fairly
A useful price comparison needs a country, an exact memory configuration, and current prices for both phones. The available Xiaomi Germany Store result is not suitable as a current price: it showed a Redmi 8GB+256GB at €379.90 with €499.90 as a prior or reference price, but the listing was crawled 1.2 years ago. Treat neither number as today’s offer.

The specifications cited here come from Xiaomi’s global POCO page and its Poland-specific Redmi page. Redmi specifications, supported network bands, durability details, and included charger can vary by market. POCO also notes that connectivity and NFC availability may vary by market. Check the official specifications for your country and the exact regional model before purchase, especially if network compatibility, NFC, or the charger in the box affects your decision.
Which one should you choose?
- Choose the POCO X6 Pro if your priority is the stronger listed processor, newer memory/storage classes, or its listed 12GB+512GB configuration.
- Choose the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G if you value a 200MP OIS main camera, the manufacturer-described zoom options, or a higher stated charging rate.
- Choose by price only after checking current local listings for matching memory tiers; the available stale Germany listing cannot establish which phone costs less now.
Neither specification sheet settles real-world gaming speed, photo quality, battery endurance, or charge time. Those choices require independent testing of the exact regional models.
