Choose the POCO for a larger viewing area
At 6.9 inches according to 91mobiles, the POCO M7 Plus is the choice to consider if you want more screen space for video, reading or large on-screen controls. The comparison evidence used here does not establish its panel technology, resolution or refresh rate, so the size alone is not enough to judge display sharpness or smoothness.

Choose the vivo for a compact AMOLED screen
The vivo X300 FE has a 6.31-inch AMOLED display with 2640 × 1216 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Its smaller listed size makes it the more compact option on paper, while AMOLED and the stated resolution and refresh rate describe a more fully specified display. Whether you prefer it depends on valuing compactness and those listed characteristics over the POCO’s larger screen area.
Performance: a budget-tier listing versus a premium chipset
91mobiles identifies the POCO M7 Plus with Snapdragon 6s Gen 3; vivo lists Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 on the X300 FE and specifies a 3nm process. These chipset names place the phones in different performance tiers on paper, with the vivo aimed higher. The sources here do not provide comparable independent testing, so do not treat comparison-page benchmark figures as lab results or assume every task will feel faster by a particular amount.
The practical decision is whether your use justifies paying for a phone with a more premium listed processor. For ordinary needs, check current prices and independent testing for the exact India models; for demanding games or intensive tasks, the vivo’s chipset positioning is the stronger spec-sheet starting point, not a substitute for a real-world review.

Camera hardware: more versatility on the vivo’s spec sheet
vivo X300 FE camera setup
vivo lists a 50MP autofocus OIS main camera, a 50MP OIS telephoto camera, an 8MP fixed-focus wide-angle camera and a 50MP autofocus front camera. Its product overview describes 3x optical and up-to-100x digital telephoto zoom. The overview also advertises these capabilities; zoom ranges do not by themselves show how useful image quality is at each setting.
POCO M7 Plus camera information
91mobiles lists a 50MP rear primary camera and an 8MP selfie camera for the POCO. The available evidence does not establish more camera details for the India model. Megapixel counts and stabilization labels do not prove which phone takes better photos: sensor, lens, processing and shooting conditions matter, and no comparable sample-based camera test is established here.
For camera-led buying, compare independent photo and video samples from the precise regional models rather than choosing by megapixels. The vivo has the more elaborate listed rear-camera arrangement; that is a hardware distinction, not a verdict on final image quality.

What is established for vivo
vivo’s India specification lists a 6500mAh typical battery and 90W wired FlashCharge. Its product overview additionally advertises 40W wireless charging. These are manufacturer-listed capacities and charging capabilities, not an independently measured battery-life result. vivo also lists Android 16 / OriginOS 6 and IP68 and IP69 ratings.
What is established for POCO
The secondary comparison used here does not establish POCO M7 Plus India battery capacity or charging specifications. It lists Android 15 and support figures of two years of OS updates and four years of security updates, but those software-support figures should be verified against the exact India SKU and an official POCO policy before purchase. Do not infer POCO battery or charging details from another POCO model.

The vivo India store showed ₹89,999 for an X300 FE 12GB+256GB listing in the 2026 price snapshot; that page also showed an MRP of ₹119,999 and a 25% discount. Prices and offers can change, so this is a dated store listing, not a guaranteed current price. Check the vivo India store listing for the live offer and configuration.
A report published August 24, 2025 described introductory POCO M7 Plus India prices of ₹12,999 for 6GB+128GB and ₹13,999 for 8GB+128GB, with the first sale scheduled for August 19, 2025. Those are historical launch offers, not current quotes. See the August 24, 2025 report.
Because these figures are from different dates and memory configurations—and the POCO figures are launch offers—they cannot establish today’s price gap. 91mobiles also showed a POCO price of ₹16,999 marked out of stock alongside ₹89,999 for the vivo in a comparison snapshot crawled circa 2026; this is a third-party, non-synchronized status and not a live seller check.

- Match the exact RAM and storage configuration, not just the model name.
- Compare current effective prices only after identifying each offer and its terms.
- Check whether a listing is from the manufacturer, an authorized retailer or a marketplace seller; confirm stock and delivery to your location.
- Confirm manufacturer warranty coverage and the regional variant.
- For a close decision, compare display specifications, camera samples, charging support and update commitments for those exact SKUs.
Which one should you buy?
Pick the POCO M7 Plus if
- You want a listed 6.9-inch screen and prefer a larger phone.
- Your budget is the deciding factor, provided the current price and stock make it meaningfully less expensive.
- You are comfortable verifying the exact India model’s specifications, warranty and software-support policy before relying on them.
Pick the vivo X300 FE if
- You prefer the more compact 6.31-inch form factor and want an AMOLED display specified at 2640 × 1216 and 120Hz.
- You value a premium-listed processor and a three-camera rear system that includes an OIS telephoto camera.
- The listed wired and wireless charging capabilities, storage configurations, ratings and software fit your priorities and its current price fits your budget.
There is no evidence-based overall winner independent of use case and live price. The POCO is the large-screen, budget-positioned candidate; the vivo is the compact, higher-priced premium-spec candidate. Verify current offers and exact regional specifications before treating either as the better buy.
