The better buy depends on which memory configuration you want. In Smartprix’s 2026 comparison snapshots, the Moto g37 power 5G is ₹510 cheaper than the POCO M7 Plus 5G in 8GB/128GB, while the POCO is ₹1,621 cheaper in 4GB/128GB. The POCO listing also shows a sharper, faster-refreshing display; both phones are listed with 7,000mAh batteries and 50MP f/1.8 rear cameras. These are listing specifications and prices, not independent test results or guaranteed checkout prices.

Which phone is cheaper?
There is no single winner on price across the listed configurations. In Smartprix’s 8GB/128GB snapshot, the moto g37 power 5G is ₹17,390 and the POCO M7 Plus 5G is ₹17,900, making the Moto ₹510 less. In the 4GB/128GB snapshot, the POCO is ₹15,499 and the Moto is ₹17,120, making the POCO ₹1,621 less. Both comparisons are marketplace snapshots accessed in 2026, not guaranteed checkout prices.

That manufacturer-page figure is a separate listing snapshot and may differ from marketplace pricing. Check the exact variant, seller, stock, delivery location, and warranty terms before deciding. Which display is better for reading and video?
On the comparison listing, the POCO has a 6.9-inch 1080 × 2340 display with a maximum 144Hz refresh rate. The Moto listing shows a 6.67-inch 1604 × 720 display at up to 120Hz. The POCO therefore has the higher listed resolution and refresh rate; text and detailed images should have more pixels to work with, while both listings advertise high-refresh-rate screens for smoother motion. Actual screen quality also depends on factors not established by these rows, such as brightness, color calibration, and viewing conditions.

POCO’s official page for the POCO M7 lists a 6.9-inch FHD+ display up to 144Hz, but it is a UK page for the M7, not definitive documentation for the India-market M7 Plus. Treat the exact POCO M7 Plus India panel mapping as unconfirmed by that page. POCO M7 specifications.

Smartprix lists a 7,000mAh battery for each phone. Capacity is not the same as runtime: screen resolution and refresh rate, signal conditions, software, workload, and other factors affect how long a phone lasts. No controlled battery-life comparison is established here, so the shared capacity does not prove equal endurance.

POCO’s official POCO M7 page states a 7,000mAh typical battery and 33W charging, but that source does not establish the charging specification or in-box charger for the India POCO M7 Plus variant. The comparison material provided does not establish equivalent Moto charging details. POCO M7 specifications.
Camera: matching megapixels do not settle image quality
The Smartprix comparison lists a 50MP f/1.8 rear camera for each phone. Those shared figures describe resolution and aperture, not the final quality of photos. They do not show how the phones handle detail, motion, low light, skin tones, stabilization, or video. No comparative camera samples or controlled camera test are established here, so choose based on hands-on samples if camera performance is a priority.

Software versions and update support
Smartprix lists Android 15 for the POCO M7 Plus 5G and Android 16 for the moto g37 power 5G. The same comparison reports an update commitment for POCO but does not substantiate an equivalent Moto commitment. The available material does not specify the duration or scope of POCO’s commitment, so it is not enough to compare how long either model will receive Android or security updates. Confirm the current software version and the manufacturer’s support terms for the exact regional model before purchase.

Which one should you choose?
Choose the POCO M7 Plus 5G if
- You are considering 4GB/128GB and the cited price snapshots are close to the offers you can actually buy: Smartprix listed it ₹1,621 below the Moto in that configuration.
- You place more value on the higher listed screen resolution and refresh rate.
Choose the moto g37 power 5G if
- You want 8GB/128GB and find a price near Smartprix’s 2026 snapshot, where it was ₹510 cheaper than the POCO.
- You prefer to verify the available configurations and manufacturer-listed price directly on Motorola India’s product-family page.
For either phone, compare like-for-like memory and storage, then use the same seller and purchase date to evaluate price. A listing snapshot is not a substitute for checking the offer available to you.

Motorola India lists the moto g37 power in 4GB/64GB, 4GB/128GB, and 8GB/128GB configurations. Smartprix’s cited price comparison covers 4GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB. The POCO comparison also includes those two configurations, but the official POCO page identified here is for the differently named POCO M7 in the UK; it should not be used alone to establish every India M7 Plus specification.
