PagePixels plans at a glance
PagePixels prices plans primarily by the number of page captures included each month. The pricing page accessed on September 29, 2026, describes the free allowance and shows selected paid tiers. PagePixels also states: “There are no tiered features on PagePixels.” In other words, the main difference between plans is capacity, not a progressively unlocked feature set.

The official display also offers yearly billing and advertises a 17% discount. The search result does not establish whether the dollar examples above are monthly-billed amounts, annual-commitment equivalents or a mixture. Treat them as the prices displayed by PagePixels on that date, then verify the billing basis at checkout.
Intermediate tiers reported elsewhere
An iTechGuides listing checked September 24, 2026, reports these additional rungs: 10,000 for $24.99, 15,000 for $49.99, 30,000 for $59.99 and 50,000 for $99.99 per month. That list differs from the official result’s 55,000 for $123.45. Do not silently merge the two schedules. Open PagePixels’ current plan selector, record whether you selected monthly or yearly billing, and use the resulting allowance and price for your account.

What a screenshot credit includes
PagePixels’ FAQ defines a screenshot as one capture of one page. A capture can still include substantial work: multi-step actions, cookie-banner removal and full-page scrolling are counted within that one page capture. HTML extraction consumes one credit as well. If a result is served from cache within the configured time-to-live window, delivery is free rather than consuming another screenshot allowance.
- One page capture: one screenshot credit, even when the workflow performs multiple actions.
- Full-page scrolling: included in the capture rather than charged as separate viewport images.
- Multi-step workflows: included in the same capture’s credit accounting.
- HTML extraction: one credit.
- Cached delivery: free during the applicable TTL window.
Allowances reset monthly and unused screenshots do not roll over. When you reach the limit, the API returns a usage_limit_exceeded error instead of silently creating an overage bill. PagePixels says plan upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately.
Extra charges that can change the bill
The plan price is not necessarily the whole cost. PagePixels lists separate meters for AI analysis, real-location bandwidth and domain research. Rates and included allowances can change, so confirm the values shown in your account before forecasting spend.

AI credit arithmetic
AI usage is not measured in screenshots alone. The API documentation says an image and a prompt each count as individual credits. For example, a workflow that submits 400 images and 400 prompts uses 800 AI credits. With only the stated 25 free monthly credits, 775 credits would be chargeable at the published rate if no other allowance applies. Check whether your plan supplies additional included credits before using that estimate for a budget.
Location and research usage
Real-location captures can add bandwidth charges even when your screenshot allowance remains. Domain research is a separate credit pool, so a research-heavy workflow should be costed independently from page captures. Keep screenshot, AI, bandwidth and research estimates in separate columns in your forecast.

How to choose a PagePixels tier
Start with real monthly volume
Count one requested page capture, not every browser action. Include retries, scheduled runs and seasonal spikes. If your normal month is near a plan boundary, budget for the next published tier rather than assuming an overage mechanism exists; PagePixels says exhausted accounts receive a usage-limit error.
Account for cache behavior
Set a TTL that matches how fresh your output must be. Cache hits inside that window are free according to the FAQ, while a shorter TTL can increase the number of billable captures. A long TTL lowers cost but may show stale content.
Separate optional meters
Add expected AI credits, real-location bandwidth and domain-research credits to the base subscription. Do not treat the advertised screenshot count as an all-inclusive usage budget.
Check billing before committing
PagePixels advertises a 17% yearly discount, but the available result does not identify the billing basis of each displayed dollar amount. At checkout, record the interval, renewal price, tax treatment and the exact screenshot allowance. Recheck after a plan change because PagePixels says changes apply immediately.

Cheaper alternatives: compare total cost, not the headline tier
A lower sticker price is not automatically cheaper for a production workflow. Compare the price at your screenshot volume and the infrastructure you would otherwise need for scheduling, monitoring, storage, location capture and multi-step actions. Also include separate AI, bandwidth or other usage meters.

The checkout price does not match a published table
Plan displays can differ by billing interval, account state or a changed catalog. Capture the live selector’s screenshot allowance, interval and renewal amount; do not rely on an old intermediate-tier list.

Your expected count is too high
Check whether repeated requests were cache misses, whether HTML extraction was invoked, and whether retries are included in your estimate. Cached delivery inside TTL is free, but a fresh capture consumes the normal credit.
The invoice includes unexpected extras
Inspect AI credits, real-location bandwidth and domain-research credits independently. Compare each meter with the allowance and rate shown in the current account, not with a third-party summary.
