Blizzard’s official video catalogue lists the Overwatch video as “Doctrine Hero Trailer: Breakout.” The exact wording “Check Out Doctrine Gameplay Trailer” is not verified as Blizzard’s title, and the catalogue listing alone does not establish that the video is gameplay footage.
What is the official Overwatch Doctrine trailer called?
Blizzard’s video catalogue names it “Doctrine Hero Trailer: Breakout.” The title in this article’s original phrasing—“Check Out Doctrine Gameplay Trailer”—does not match the catalogue wording reviewed. Because the listing does not confirm the video’s contents, it is more accurate to call it a hero trailer than to describe it as gameplay footage.
Who is Doctrine in Overwatch?
Doctrine is an Overwatch Support hero. Blizzard describes him as vampire-inspired, wielding a scepter, infusions and bat-like drones to manipulate lifeforce. These are broad character details, not a complete account of his in-game abilities.
When did Doctrine join the roster?
Blizzard’s BlizzCon announcement said Doctrine would have a limited-time Hero Trial before officially joining the roster in Season 5. That describes the release context in the announcement; consult current official Overwatch information for present-day hero availability or mechanics.
